Original Yang Style 108 Posture Pattern is one of the most popular Tai Chi Chuan patterns in the world. It was created more than 200 years ago by Yang Lu-Shan. There are 36 key postures in the Traditional Yang Style Pattern; all the movements are slow, gentle, stable, relaxed, and the big-frame circular motions make this pattern extremely flowing.
