Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise for healing and strengthening body and mind and preventing diseases. Qigong combines movement, meditation, and breathing as means of cultivating and enhancing the body's natural internal energy (qi). The workshops introduce basic Qigong techniques and teach a Qigong exercise routines for daily practice to help reduce stress and promote a healthier living. The workshops are for persons of all levels of Qigong experience and those who want to explore a complementary approach to health and healing.
