The following sequences indicate the usual order to take the courses offered at the Center. However students who have previously studied Tai Chi should choose the course appropriate for them. All courses are repeatable.

- Standard 24 Posture form. This is the most popular form practiced in China and provides good preparation for travel to China.

Often students who have never studied Tai Chi Chuan will take the Tai Chi Basics course a number of times before moving on. Some will move to the Standard 24 Posture Pattern course and others will move directly to the Beginning 108 course.
Occasionally the Center has sufficient interest to offer the Standard 42 competition pattern. Students should have completed the Standard 24 Posture Pattern course as preparation for this course.
